oha XD find ich gut ^^ hatte überlegt jetz auch regelmäßig zu gehn, aber mehr wie dreimal die woche wohl nicht... XD

Ich bin geizig und bei dem Beitrag... da muss ich mindestens so oft gehen. Und wenn sich noch jemand erbarmt mit zu gehen, ist es eigentlich echt gut.. oder die Kurse, das macht eigentlich auch Spaß und zum runter kommen nach nem langen Schultag ist es auch ganz angenehm - zumindest bei mir. :))

ich muss eh immer allein gehn, weil alle anderen zu faul sind ^^ ... und mit den jungs will ich nicht da komm ich mir weich und schwabbelig vor XD

Auf die Muskeln war es auch nicht bezogen. Viel mehr auf das ''weich und schwabbelig'' ^^ xD

Muskeln in gesundem Maße sind auch bei Frauen schön.. Der Meinung bin zumindest ich.. bevor man rumläuft wie ein Spargel wo man nur Haut und Knochen sieht. xD

aber im normalfall verliert man dann bis zu einem gewissen Maß auch die Rundungen, hab das bei zwei Freundinnen beobachtet x'D

Wieso solltest du es nicht werden können? Ich glaube, das ist ziemlich interessant, wenn man Spaß am Sport hat. (:

Also mir fällt nichts ein. Ich glaube so übel verdient man da auch nicht mal und wenns einem noch Spaß macht und man dann auch noch Menschen herum kommandieren und scheuchen kann - insofern man auch trainiert und Kurse macht -, dann ist das sicher mega cool. :D
